Breakfast and coffee were nice when you didn't want to venture out to find food that early. Fresh towels every day! Staff was super friendly and didn't mind answering any questions. Helped me out when I realized I did not have the right adapter to charge my devices. They also really helped us with scheduling a taxi to the airport on our final day after many failed attempts trying to get an uber which we really appreciated, especially as it was very early in the morning. The hotel staff got up early and guaranteed to help us find a way to the airport, and we ultimately made it on time thanks to them :) Roads near hotel were very busy but the distance to the center was walkable, there were restaurants and small markets around if you don't want to go as far. AC is included but it was still hot as we went during the warm summer period, overall comfortable and pleased with my stay :)

The staff at this establishment deserve special mention for their warmth and attentiveness. Their genuine friendliness created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their dedication to ensuring each guest's comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making the stay even more memorable. Speaking of the space, I was immediately captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The ambiance was meticulously crafted to blend elegance with comfort, resulting in an environment that was both visually stunning and incredibly inviting. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered to provide a truly luxurious experience. As for the room, "beautiful" feels like an understatement. The aesthetic appeal of the room was matched only by its comfort. It was evident that a lot of care had been put into creating a space that not only looked exquisite but also felt like a haven of relaxation. From the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtful layout, every aspect contributed to an unforgettable stay. Without a doubt, this stay has etched itself as one of my favorite European experiences. The combination of the exceptional breakfast, the picturesque views, the staff's warmth, and the stunning room design was simply unbeatable. The allure of this place is so strong that I can confidently say – I will absolutely be returning for another round of this extraordinary experience.

Very good location, not too far from the city centre, we basically walked everywhere from and to the hotel most of the time. it is located very close to the river so it is nice to just walk down and get to the main city attractions. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was simple but good and it was definitely a plus many other places were not offering for this good price. They gave us a very big room and it was equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay.

Room was big enough, clean bathroom. Location is nice, 15-20 minutes by walk to all attractions, 5 minutes walk to tram that takes you to the bus station. Staff was the best ever, they were so helpful, informative and communicative. Whatever we asked for they helped us. We also left our luggage at check out and came in the evening to take them before our trip. If we ever come back to Florence we will stay here again!

The staff was very helpful and even got up at 6am every morning for us to get us hot water for the babies bottle. The room was a decent side, quite basic but you would expect that with it being one of the cheaper options in Florence. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the main areas. Rooms were clean.
